This summer, our 11 trainers for customer and service technician training courses completed further training to become "Certified Technical Trainer TTxTT practice tested". The certificate is currently the highest qualification on the training market for technical trainers. In this way, we ensure that our trainers have the best tools to pass on technical expertise to customers and employees. Knowledge that gives you a competitive edge!

The W&H Academy offers more than 260 technical trainings per year both for its own service technicians and for international customers - and the number is rising. All W&H trainers have years of practical experience. "The extensive technical knowledge and practical experience of the trainers is a prerequisite for successful training. The second is the ability to convey this knowledge efficiently and sustainably to the participants. Here, too, it is our aim to always keep our trainers at the highest level," explains Olaf Heymann-Riedel, Managing Director of the W&H Academy.


The W&H Academy is a subsidiary responsible for training, further education and customer training. W&H offers both individual training courses and open seminar dates.
