Well trained staff – a requirement for increased productivity
Economy and profitability in the production of packaging materials
are influenced by a number of different factors.
One important aspect,
though frequently neglected, is the constant qualification of operators
and maintenance
staff, since they are the key to enhanced performance
of the equipment as well as superior quality of production.
With the
establishment of a training centre for customers more than 12 years
ago, W&H underlined its claim to
serve the packaging industry as
a strong partner.
The focus of our training program is matched to the specific requirements
of our machines, while at the same
time making allowance for the participants'
level of knowledge and skill. Since the number of participants per
training group is limited to six and as a result of the combination
of classroom and hands-on training, high
standards of learning success
are guaranteed.
The mostly one-week training sessions are held in our Lengerich
facilities. At special request, training can
also take place at the
customer's plant.
Experience has shown that well-trained staff is, by the same token, motivated staff, and the advantages of
training do obviously speak for themselves: :
