Field Service
A high level of machine availability and up-time is of vital importance
to the commercial efficiency of any production. This means that mistakes,
errors and machine defects must be identified and
cleared as quickly as possible.
It is not always necessary to wait
for a technician to arrive and fix the
problem on site. In many cases customers can rely on our specialised Information
and Diagnostics Centre (IDC) team to assist in troubleshooting either by
phone or by means of the Remote Diagnostic facility, at no cost to the customer.
Should it be found that they are unable to troubleshoot the
problem, they
will arrange for the dispatch of a field service
technician. In addition, our highly qualified and experienced field service
engineers are available to attend to other tasks such as planned or unforeseen
maintenance and repair and/or to provide expert advice on the spot, as need
be.

Preventive Maintenance
W&H Service offers inspection contracts for preventive
maintenance, which
is the basis for a high level of availability
of your production machines.
These contracts are also available
in an extended version, i.e. customised
umbrella agreements
which, in addition to the standard inspection contract,
encompass training courses, spare parts packages and other services.

Movement of Machines
If the need arises for machines and/or individual equipment components to be
moved within a facility or to another location,
which is sometimes the case
when an operation is restructured
or the production program changed, you can

planning to logistical and practical implementation. |

Upgrades
If the condition of a machine is no longer what it ought to be in
order to
fulfil its purpose in terms of efficiency and productivity,
overall reconditioning
