Centre (IDC) is available to you
world-wide – 24 hours/day, 365 days/year.

Our IDC service comprises the following:
- Telephone assistance relative to problem analysis and recommended
troubleshooting procedures.
- Remote Diagnostics: IDC experts can log into your machine
via modem in order to
do an in-depth analysis. Remote diagnosis
capability ensures that your problem will
be analysed and fixed
quickly and defective parts be identified correctly.
In the event that the problem cannot be solved by our IDC team, they
will arrange for a field
service technician to be dispatched and/or
for the appropriate replacement parts to be delivered.
And should it happen that the IDC specialist required to deal with
your specific problem cannot
be directly reached via the hotline number,
for instance because you are calling during the
lower-staffed night
shift hours from 6:00 pm – 6:00
am (CET), over weekends or on
Sundays or holidays – we will call you back the soonest possible.
